With an ISO 9001 certification in mind, we have set-up and maintained the cleanest, most orderly and organized manufacturing facility and process in the local packaging industry. We strive for continuous improvement and aim for a manufacturing plant that is comparable to Japanese standards.

Our service starts with product/package development and art work design aided by our experience packaging engineers and graphics design artist. Once approved with positive responses from both the client's Marketing Team for design and the client's R&D/Production Group for product shelf-life, we proceed to have our cylinders developed by third-party experts using mechanical engraving. Mechanical engraving ensures consistent and sharp printing quality especially for product shots. We then proceed to color-proofing, rotogravure printing, rewind inspection, dry or solvent-less lamination, slitting and bag-making. Before delivery, our modern Gas Chromatograph machine also ensures that the solvent-retention levels of the packages that reach the consumer are kept at a minimal, even lower than internationally-accepted standards. We assure you that you use only the safest packaging materials and your food products maintain its natural fresh taste.
